God has definitely made many promises that all His children can be prosperous and happy.

There is a divine providence – meaning, “Foresight and forethought, implying a future end, a goal, and a definite plan in attaining that end” – which supplies the needs of all creation. The believers who surrender to God and conform to the Bible enjoys a particular providence in their lives. They need not be envious of the people who do not know God, because they are “Joint heirs” with their Savior Jesus Christ, and “The earth is the Lord’s.” All that was and is against us, Jesus has nailed to the Cross.

The old theories that it is the will of God for man to suffer poverty; to be helpless, defeated, crushed, and sorrowful; to suffer pain, sickness, and disease; and to live from hand to mouth in order to keep himself humble and godly enough to be saved in the end is disproved by many plain Scriptures.  Just the opposite is true, as we would naturally expect from the real, loving, kind, good and infinite heavenly Father revealed in Scripture.

The child of God should naturally trust God to receive and enjoy material benefits, health, and happiness because they belong to Christ, for they are in the right position with God to get these things.  Every Christian should rid himself and repent of his unbelief and lack of trust in God for these blessings.  He should draw near to God and let God work out all these advantages in his life.

THEN YOU WILL BE PROSPEROUS AND SUCCESSFUL . . . Have I not commanded you? BE STRONG AND COURAGEOUS . . . for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.”

1 Samuel 2:7-8, "The Lord sends poverty and WEALTH; he humbles and he exalts. I WILL PREVENT PESTS FROM DEVOURING YOUR CROPS, says the Lord Almighty . . .  THEN ALL THE NATIONS WILL CALL YOU BLESSED.”

Promises Of Prosperity In The Psalms That Is For All Christians:

Psalm 1:1-3, "BLESSED IS THE MAN who does not walk in the counsel of the wicked or stand in the way of sinners or sit in the seat of mockers. BUT HIS DELIGHT IS IN THE LAW OF THE LORD, and on his law he meditates day and night. HE IS LIKE A TREE PLANTED BY STREAMS OF WATER, WHICH YIELDS ITS FRUIT IN SEASON and whose leaf does not wither. WHATEVER HE DOES PROSPERS."

Psalm 23:1, "The Lord is my shepherd I SHALL NOT WANT"

Psalm 34:10, "Those who seek the Lord LACK NO GOOD THING."

Promises Of Prosperity In The New Testament That Is For All Christians:

Mark 11:22-24, “HAVE FAITH IN GOD, Jesus answered . . . I tell you the truth, if anyone says to this mountain, ‘Go, throw yourself into the sea,’ and DOES NOT DOUBT IN HIS HEART BUT BELIEVES that what he says will happen, it will be done for him . . .  Therefore I tell you, WHATEVER YOU ASK FOR IN PRAYER, BELIEVE THAT YOU HAVE RECEIVED IT, AND IT WILL BE YOURS.”

Matt. 7:7-11, “ASK AND IT WILL BE GIVEN TO YOU . . . For everyone who asks receives . . . Which of you, if his son asks for bread, will give him a stone?  . . .  If you, then, though you are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, HOW MUCH MORE will your Father in heaven GIVE GOOD GIFTS TO THOSE WHO ASK HIM!”

Matt. 6:31-33, “SO DO NOT WORRY . . .  For the pagans run after all these things, [good things of life] and your heavenly Father knows that you need them . . . BUT SEEK FIRST his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things WILL BE GIVEN TO YOU AS WELL.”

Luke 6:38, “GIVE, AND IT WILL BE GIVEN TO YOU. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over, will be poured into your lap. FOR WITH THE MEASURE YOU USE, IT WILL BE MEASURED TO YOU.”

2 Cor. 9:6-8, “REMEMBER THIS: Whoever sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and WHOEVER SOWS GENEROUSLY WILL ALSO REAP GENEROUSLY . . . for God loves a CHEERFUL giver . . . AND GOD IS ABLE to make all grace abound to you, SO THAT IN ALL THINGS AT ALL TIMES, HAVING ALL THAT YOU NEED, you will abound in every good work.”

Phil. 4:19, “MY GOD WILL MEET ALL YOUR NEEDS ACCORDING TO HIS GLORIOUS RICHES IN CHRIST JESUS.”

John 15:7 &16, “If you remain in me and my words remain in you, ASK WHATEVER YOU WISH, AND IT WILL BE GIVEN YOU . . . The Father will give you WHATEVER YOU ASK IN MY NAME.”

3 John 2, “DEAR FRIEND, I pray that you may ENJOY GOOD HEALTH AND THAT ALL MAY GO WELL WITH YOU, even as your soul is getting along well.”

2 Cor. 1:20; 1 Cor. 3:21-23, “FOR NO MATTER HOW MANY PROMISES GOD HAS MADE, THEY ARE “YES” IN CHRIST. And so through him the “Amen” is spoken by us to the glory of God  . . . FOR ALL THINGS ARE YOURS . . . And you are of Christ, and Christ is of God."

What could be more clear?  How could God express His highest will any other way?  Why should we limit God and His bountifulness to us just because we fear we may backslide?  Why not make up our minds that we will watch any danger of riches and prosperity and act sensibly with what God blesses us?  Why not use it for God's glory and the good of others and there will be no limitation concerning blessings?
